PA to relocating American family – Job Reference 20191007 NO LONGER AVAILABLE

We have an American executive relocating from the West Coast to London with family in tow, who need a super efficient PA to help them set up and settle in. The principal has three children and they’ll be coming over in the New Year, but before then they need the house completely furnished and in full functioning order, which will include hiring staff, working with contractors, ordering furniture, setting up accounts etc.

The schedule will typically run from Monday through Friday (hours are yet to be confirmed, though the principal will be working to PST hours initially, so flexibility is required). There is likely to be a lot of scope to work remotely, but you’ll need to know London like the back of your hand, with an already jam-packed black book.

Other responsibilities as standard – calendar management, travel booking, errands and generally keeping the Principal and family on track, whatever that may entail. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience navigating a major relocation. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

This will initially be a 6-month contract (on payroll) with a view to it being an *ideal* long-term fit for all parties.

Salary is open (per candidate’s expectations), along with healthcare and statutory sick days/annual leave.
